Operation Siam is being launched to strengthen unity across the Dega people, address practical and protection-related needs among Dega refugees and asylum-seekers in Thailand, and build responsible pathways for institutional engagement.

Dega Central Highlands Organization (DCHO) is the accountable U.S.-based organization coordinating Operation Siam. The initiative is being designed to bring community knowledge into humanitarian planning while maintaining clear boundaries around legal authority, protection decisions, and public information.
