A contribution is voluntary support for organizational work. The amount, frequency, recipient, record, cancellation route, and support contact should be clear before completion.
Before completing a contribution
Confirm the recipient
Use the official Operation Siam contribution route and verify that the page identifies the organization and a reachable support contact.
Confirm amount and frequency
Review the currency, amount, and whether the contribution is one-time or recurring. Monthly support should plainly state that it repeats until cancelled.
Keep the record
Retain the confirmation or receipt and use the supporter account for available transaction history. Do not publish receipt or payment details.
Use private support
For a duplicate, cancellation, refund request, access problem, or record question, open a private support request with the minimum transaction information needed.
Contribution boundary
A contribution does not purchase assistance for a named person, create a client relationship, determine how an authority treats a case, or improve eligibility for protection or resettlement. People seeking assistance are never charged.
Supporter information
Account and transaction records should be used for payment administration, receipts, support, compliance, and clearly explained communication preferences. Access should be restricted by role. Do not include refugee case information, another person’s identity documents, or sensitive beneficiary details in a contribution note.
If something looks wrong
- Do not repeat a transaction merely because a page or message pressures you.
- Confirm the amount, status, and recipient in the supporter account or private support channel.
- Preserve the transaction reference, date, amount, and screenshot without sharing complete financial credentials.
- Report a suspicious solicitation separately from an ordinary record or cancellation question.
