Define what each party is being asked to review, who can approve it, what record is required, and when the conversation should close or advance.
Possible areas of engagement
Depending on verified need and capability, discussion may concern public-policy dialogue, qualified referrals, legal or protection expertise, health and education access, responsible research, interpretation, technology, capacity building, targeted funding, or due-diligence exchange.
